The Fitness & Balance Trainer has become one of the most versatile pieces of fitness equipment on offer. This trainer is an extremely effective training tool that will significantly help enhance your strength, balance, flexibility and cardio fitness through a multitude of training exercises utilising both sides of the trainer. The trainer consists of an inflated half ball fitted around a moulded platform. Our commercial grade balance and stability trainer is made from industrial grade textured PVC which is tested to a massive 300kg user rating. The non-slip surface is suitable for exercises such as squats, push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, crunches and many more exercises. These can be performed safely and effectively on either side with a generous 70cm flat base offering a change up to the softer side. This industrial quality alternative to the Bosu brand is made to the highest standards and is easily inflated to the desired height with the pump provided.
